I thank Mr. Shashi for valuable guidelines and explanations during the class support in transforming information and delivering the knowledge of lean six sigma black belt. It was very well designed with real scenarios, and intuitive. In the end especially thankful Ms. Aliya Younas, who is a very professional educational counsellor with the IMC team.

Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

I found Mr. Pankaj, the program trainer to be extremely knowledgeable and engaging. His ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner was impressive. I was always skeptical about opting for six sigma, but thanks to IMC and their professional trainers learning six sigma was like a walk in the park. I was able to clear the exams without any hassle.
