The program is detailed about the topic that is tackled under the course. The trainers are conveying their information and explanations based from their own personal experiences making it relatable and having clear idea on how the knowledge is implemented on the industry. Rose is very welcoming and accommodating with every query I have, especially about the course itself. Her assistance throughout the course is very much appreciated. IMC is a great platform and institution for improving and having continuous professional knowledge to help every individual in excelling on their own fields.

The program is very educational and informative especially for me as a working in the Production and operations department of my company. He gives examples that were easy to understand for someone like me who is first learning the importance of Lean six sigma.
