The trainers are very knowledgeable of the topics and their experiences are reflected on the things that they discuss. I hope that there would be more examples of how these things can be applied in different industries. Schedule was a challenge as well but all in all it was a good experience.

Service Team are very friendly, i did not encounter difficulties, the service team will provide you what ever you requested as per the programs.
