Ms. Akther provides a clear view of what is Lean Six Sigma all about which can be of great value when applied to work and daily life and was knowledgeable about Lean Six Sigma. Ms. Vaibhavi assisted me with answering my questions and helping me with anything related to the course. Thank you for all the support and assistance Vai. The context of the program is well written and easy to understand and it was well articulated by Mr. Shashi Prakash. He covered all the aspect with examples which helped in understanding the subject in its entirety. Thank You IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash. Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.

The trainer Mr. Sashi has excellent knowledge of all lean tools and methodologies. One minor feedback is to ensure all minute details are shared or updated for us to take the test. Sampadha did good work in onboarding. She followed up in due course to see if any assistance is required. Good work. The service Team followed up for any assistance requirements.
