Overall, I found the program to be highly informative and beneficial to my professional development. The program's content was comprehensive and covered all the essential aspects of ISO 9001:2015. The material was well-structured, and the modules were logically organized, making it easy to follow the flow of information. The program helps me a lot in my work, especially in thinking of ways on how to improve our process. Customer support is very commendable, Rose is very accommodating in all of my queries. Trainer from IMC is very excellent too, he gave us examples from his own experiences. I suggest you could give students more comprehensible handouts/modules of the lessons.

Dr. Mohamed Saeid (KFA) is the best trainer in the six sigma courses, due to his distinguished and simplified style. This course helped me in qualifying as a team leader and the important skills for supervision and work to measure and analyse the problems and find root causes.

Mr. Sahishi Prakash sir is one of the best Management coach. His way of teaching is very unique & fruit full, he explains everything in a very easy way from scratch to advance. Ms. Vanshika is very helps full, she is very supportive in this journey. IMC Team is also very supportive & reachable all the time.

The trainer has great knowledge and experience. Everything is great the way he teaches and explains the concepts with real-life examples is exceptional. The program can be a little more challenging. I have got very fast responses whenever I had doubts. So he's been very helpful. It was an awesome experience overall.

The online session was short but still very informative. The training materials sent after the session is well organized and easy to understand. Responds to queries from participants quickly.
