Although the program is good and informative and also the trainer explained well ensuring we understand the course with the available time. It is better if the schedule is planned with enough time so the trainer doesn't rush in completing the course within the stipulated time frame. Coordination between trainer and arranging the schedules or class is good with efficient communication.

I was really fortunate to get trained by Mr Shashi Prakash, the Lean & Six Sigma concepts are very clearly understood with the real-time interface with Minitab application usage. The lesson is very enlightening, the reviewers given and study materials provided are very well use. The Program is well packed with lessons which are very understandable. While the trainer is very good in making examples and explaining the key points of each lesson of the program. Rose is very approachable, I easily get responses from her every time there's something that I need to inquire for. The service team is an ace for me, as she is assisting me with the program and activities like the exams in which I was delayed because of my heavy workload.
