The program and trainer were great. The counselor Ms. Shaza was really helpful in assisting with the exam procedures/schedules which had some technical issues, but she was really helpful in coordinating with the technical team and helping in fixing the issues, so I could complete the exam on time.

Excellent training sessions by Ms. Akther along with the previous recordings from Mr. Shashi helped me to achieve this certification. Looking forward to learning more from experienced professionals. A very professional and good trainer gives practical examples. However, in the exam, there were quite many topics not covered during the lectures and in some cases, different terminology was used in the exam vs the trainer, so it is very clear, that additional sources need to be studied besides the notes from Mr. Shashi Prakash. Very professional, responsive and caring counsellor, only the best feedback for Ms. Amina Sana.

It is a good experience for me learning Lean six Sigma and trainer was very good at explaining topics and clarifying doubts and really enjoyed a lot. Ruby Ma'am is very nice person and way of talking and responding is very good.
