I love Mr. Shashi Parkash. Ms. Zeba Fatima was my Counsellor during LSSGB Course. Although I had been bothering her persistently for seeking advice, yet she listened to me carefully and provided me the necessary guidance, which helped me in knowing the process of login to the system, accessing to the study material and examination guide. I am really very thankful to her for listening me patiently and guiding me at each step.

There are a lot of learning from the session. Provided a lot of samples to be easily understood Counsellor: Approachable and easy to contact. Very helpful and accommodating.

The course was very interesting and Mr. Shashi has been giving us lots of examples of the real world which helped me to extrapolate it to my industry, so big thanks to Mr. Shashi for his time and patience as lots of questions have been asked Thanks also to Surbhi training coordinator for being very helpful to land a hand when asked, so 5 starts to you Surbhi.

The program is so much professional and interesting that I recommend it to every individual in nurturing their knowledge and building their success. The Trainer is very well-versed in the course and delivers the topics in the simplest manner by giving examples and illustrations. The Counsellor - Zeba is always there "anytime" and grants the requests in swift time. Supportive and pleasant to coordinate with. Congratulations to the whole Service Team for a job well done! The program is flexible that allows you to do the program at your own pace, with a given duration. All the materials and the Trainer were very helpful in the entire journey. It's not just pure lecture but with samples that allow interaction to further the learning and understanding of the topic/lesson Counsellor, Rose was very supportive since Day 1. Making sure that I am on track with the program/lessons that I need to attend. She makes sure that I get the right assistance whenever necessary.

The program is very detailed. I was able to go through it and learn for myself. Customer support is great and very supportive. The training was a full Self-learning as I did not enroll in the Online course. But the modules I had and the access to the site given to me was more than helpful for me to learn. I believe the trainers were great at doing their job. I can recommend it to my colleagues.
