Shashi is top notch! Friendly, very smart and he made these complex topics simple by giving sequential steps to solve them. His teachings were not based on any kind of exam pattern but simply trained us to handle any kind of question thrown to us. Every phase had a test and that would give a clarity about our understanding about the topic. He stresses on getting our fundamentals clear and motivates you to read more and more on the topic. The delivery of the subject matter was exceptional by Mr. Shashi. It gave me a deeper and in-depth understanding about Lean Six Sigma and it’s applicability in our profession.
