It was very well designed with real scenarios and was intuitive. The Trainer Ms. Akhter Jahan Khan's presentation on the subject was marvellous. Right from the beginning, the counsellor very professionally explained the course and its market value. The Service Team is very supportive throughout the training program.

Mr. Shashi is every excellent in teaching and his patience with all his students are outstanding and very professional, i thank him for all the additional learnings and support. Ms. Zeba is very kind and reliable, i would like to thank her for all the support until the end. The program was very rich in information and actionable inputs that can automatically be implemented and interfaced with my current work deliverables. It was supplemented by a very passionate trainer that was able to convey the message well in order for us to understand the material better. The counselor assigned to us was very understanding of our queries and situation especially during this pandemic.

Mr. Sashi Parkash did an exceptional job in presenting the material. He set up by explaining what he was going to teach us, summarized, and proceeded to teach, providing relevant real life examples. He found out what we handled and catered examples to us to make the Six Sigma Green Belt course meaningful. I appreciate Amina Sana ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings. Your active listening skills and empathetic approach made me feel truly heard and validated. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided to me. Your team was very attentive and responsive to my needs, and I felt like my concerns were heard and addressed in a timely manner.

I'm very much impressed with the overall experience I've had with IMC from the service to the course content. Kudos to you guys! Will have my certification with you guys again most likely for PMP or Agile Scrum in the future 🙂 I've seen amazing feedback about Mr. Shashi all over the IMC page. Now, I can attest to this myself. Everyone may be knowledgeable about a subject, but not everyone is capable of sharing this knowledge to other people. Mr. Shashi knows Six Sigma and the Lean principles from the heart and is able to explain every bit of detail there is to know - theoretically and practically. I can say he's a great mentor to have especially in the professional world based on my experience with him as the trainer for the self-paced LSSBB course. Miss Rose has provided me all-out counselor assistance from the time I was still inquiring pre-enrollment, during, and even post enrollment. I am sure she accommodates other students as well, but she didn't make me feel like I am on a queue as she is very responsive. She made sure that all my concerns were addressed. Kudos!
