Excellent teaching technique and clearly defines each example and lesson. The Counsellor is an excellent communicator and is prompt with any request or concerns that I have. The Service Team is excellent.

The valuable time and effort given during the training session by Mr Shashi Prakash was helping me to deepen my understanding and be conclusive that I will follow the learning until become a certified black belt. The aspect that I liked the most are the examples and scenarios used to illustrate the tools and system (MiniTab)The trainer is really competent and manages to explain the concept quite easily. it is also good to know that the trainer is available for the students.
