The training includes both theoretical and technical, they will show you how it is done in real life work, also set example for each step. The trainer was able to discuss the topics in the master class in a Layman's Terms. Hoping to get Blackbelt once I am finished with the Master Class. Ms. Rose is very helpful with regard to your inquiries and problems. She was able to guide me throughout the different training sessions. The service team was able to provide us the tools and notes that we may need upon request. Keep up the good work.

It is a good program and Mr. Shashi Prakash, lecture delivery style is so very nice and also he is very supporting Ms. Aylia is a very supportive person, she supports me at every step, very thanks to you IMC Service Team works very well, they upload lectures and videos on time, and if I any have queries they respond quickly.

The trainer has great knowledge and experience. Everything is great the way he teaches and explains the concepts with real-life examples is exceptional. The program can be a little more challenging. I have got very fast responses whenever I had doubts. So he's been very helpful. It was an awesome experience overall.

Acquiring my black belt sealed my position to be part of the executive team and moving forward, by acquiring my Master Black Belt with IMC, I am more confident than ever to spearhead value creation and profit maximization for all the organizations I am connected with, advocating and championing innovation and continuous improvement. I'm looking forward to enrolling in other training programs with IMC.

CLSSGB program had a very detailed discussion on every aspect of the DMAIC. Though I availed the virtual, self-paced program, it was like I am also in an online class, since the uploaded video was a recorded actual online class. Rose is very persistent with offering the course to prospective clients that this persistence of hers made me decide to enroll with IMC.
