Overall, I found the program to be highly informative and beneficial to my professional development. The program's content was comprehensive and covered all the essential aspects of ISO 9001:2015. The material was well-structured, and the modules were logically organized, making it easy to follow the flow of information. Easy to understand and well-supported recordings for references. Content is explained at the right pace with supporting examples and data which is very useful. Ms. Soumya has been very friendly/helpful from the enrollment phase to mapping the right Trainer and is always available to help me.

Would definitely like to take the opportunity to share the feedback. Firstly, Though it was an online program and not in-house, would strongly recommend your institute to others and the Training material was very helpful. Secondly, with no doubts I would say, your team is very supportive and quick in giving assistance whenever required.

Mr. Viplav is very cooperative. He is always available to solve any doubts I had about the course and exams. A very polite and humble person to interact with. Thanks a ton. The service team is also responsive whenever needed any help. They managed to solve every query and responded in no time.

Although the course was interesting and informative but believe you mean that the exam was not very easy to clear. But the teaching method of the trainer and the understanding method of the trainee can make the result successful.

I attend training session of both instructor Mr. Sashi and Mr. Debasis. Both instructors explanations with examples really awesome. Ms. Priyanka is someone who can use compassion, empathy, respect and authenticity to form a genuine, trusting relationship with their clients. Great support by Mr. Suryansh, which is very important to businesses these days.
