Overall the training was good and speaker was very motivational, Quick answering and good faculty. Faculty is very energetic and keep the entire team awake throughout the session. Learning the Lean Six Sigma methodology is not an easy feat yet with the help of the well organized and simplified training materials, handbooks, trainer notes, simulations, case studies and training videos provided by IMC Institute Consultancy Services to their students make the learning process easier and exciting for each belt.
