After I got a Yellow Belt certification, I decided to continue my Six Sigma journey because I believe that it will be very helpful in my role in our Technology department and organization as a whole. As I browsed through social media, I found the Green Belt certification ad from International Management Consultancy so I left a message to ask for details. Mr. Sashi Parkash did an exceptional job in presenting the material. He set up by explaining what he was going to teach us, summarized, and proceeded to teach, providing relevant real life examples. He found out what we handled and catered examples to us to make the Six Sigma Green Belt course meaningful. I appreciate Amina Sana ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings. Your active listening skills and empathetic approach made me feel truly heard and validated. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided to me. Excellent program, and very informative. I have participated in other LSSGB training programs before but this is the first time it actually made sense to me. I have a better appreciation of Minitab for one. Ms. Rose was very helpful, and always available for questions.
