It's a very good program that helps participants to gain stronger problem-solving techniques that all industries need in their candidates. Zeba manages the IMC center effectively and is able to solve customer problems during and outside working hours. The team members are available to serve customers on time and solve their issues.

Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. It is an excellent program which teaches the day to day problem identifications in projects and shows ways to solve those problems.
