I Rahil Panchal, would like to take this opportunity to thank the IMC staff for keeping up with my LSSBB course during this time of a pandemic, the kind of hard work the lecturer (Mr. Shiven) putting into their virtual class really show how dedicated and inclined he is towards shaping a better knowledge in attendees head. I really would like to appreciate Ms. Kritika Yadav sweating hard to assisting with an inclusive response. Hence, I would conclude by saying a big thank you to the whole team.

Outstanding program, with a nice curriculum definition and its awesome execution. Elaboration and detail of the topics in a great way to create the best understanding of the audience. Overall Awesome experience! Counsellor connectivity and response were found excellent and prompt. She resolved all the matters quickly, overall deliverance was found excellent. Excellent experience of all Service Team specifically the Counsellor and in teaching the trainers too.

The professional program supported me with the knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and made me qualified to participate in six sigma projects as a Professional yellow belt. The trainer Dr. Mohamed Said one of the most professional and respectful trainers I have ever dealt with. The Service Team had a perfect communication and quick response.

The Trainer always encourages participation, and ensures that participants understood the discussion. This is a program for aspiring individuals who wish to contribute in process improvement for their company, by applying the methodologies and strategies derived from the lean six sigma principles. My counsellor has been very helpful in my journey to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. She assisted me all the way, and was very patient and understanding in addressing all my concerns. This training just happened to come at the right time for me in my career. Thanks, IMC & Ms. Akther, Ms. Ashmeen was very welcoming and understanding and did a good job of creating that safe space for me. I feel so affirmed while also being challenged. I love my counselor's interpersonal style and her focus on strategizing practical ways to address and approach mental ruts and hardships in the future. The service team provided fantastic support and very helping hands.

It was a great program. Mr. Shashi is a knowledgeable expert on LEAN SIX SIGMA and explains all concepts in a manner it becomes easy to understand. His practical approach during the sessions gave a great learning experience. Ms. Zeba is very polite and responsive, I would like to thank her for all the support provided until the end. Ms. Soumya was always available to solve any kind of my queries and she is very co-operative. She is always willing to help out anytime. A very responsive and supportive Service Team.
