The program provides the overview and significant topics regarding Lean Six Sigma. The trainer is very professional, informative and diligently answered students' questions. Rose Ann is very accommodating and helpful. She answered my queries promptly. Frixie is responsive and provides significant information.

The program was excellent and very much useful to set the base for to lean approach and the trainer was fantastic ensuring all are very much involved and getting understanding of the subject. Mr. Shashi is very knowledgeable, diligent, and has a unique style of teaching that allows you to understand the lessons very well. He didn't just focused on the theoretical concepts, but also cites a real-world examples to remember the significant points of the topic. Ms. Michelle is very patient and professional. Even though it is an online learning, the service team is very responsive and never failed to address the issues/concerns of the participants throughout the entire duration of the course.
