Excellent delivery and style of teaching. The trainers command over the topics is very good and the way he handles all queries during and after the classes is admirable. The context of the program is well written and easy to understand and it was well articulated by Mr. Shashi Prakash. He covered all the aspect with examples which helped in understanding the subject in its entirety. Thank You IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash. Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.

A wonderful teacher par excellence and the support from the team to coordinate and prepare for the exam is commendable as well. Ms. Surbhi Tiwari. Through every step, she has guided me correctly. Such a lot of patience she had with me and a great motivator whenever I felt I could not do it. The Service team was very supportive in reminding us of the classes before hand and also in sharing the required notes in the group. Also, whenever required the team has privately supported all queries.

Lean Six Sigma training is really useful for us in fact it's a life changing and depth understanding program. Mr Shashi was a great teacher! Really kept us intrigued by the content and explained things in a way that was easy to digest.
