I am happy to share that I have been certified by IMC Institute as a Certified Lean Sigma Green Belt. The Program consists of 19 videos conducted by two well-known faculties in this field. Besides, the Mock test and various course materials provided by the Institute were really helpful to complete this course. I am so glad to complete the course and finished the final assessment on my first attempt. It equipped me with amazing new skills in Lean Principles, Testing, Analyses, Hypothesis, Process, and DFSS Tools. Thanks to the whole team of IMC Institute for providing such a great platform and excellent support whenever in need.

The training program is very good and I will expect some more lectures to be attended which will be targeted towards more theoretical aspects which will help gain more insights. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt e-learning program is very convenient and very cost-effective. It is suitable for those who do not have a fixed schedule. This is a very good investment for those who wish to learn more and get trained in maximizing resources; preventing and controlling losses and variations; and ensuring that wastes, resource leaks, and risks are managed. The trainer is obviously an expert in the field particularly in the tools needed for Lean Six Sigma. My counselor, Kritika is a very accommodating counselor. The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!
