The LSSGB Program is comprehensive whilst able to accommodate learners of various backgrounds. It is worthy to note that the IMC teaching model via online is easy and comprehensible. This would not be possible without our Trainer’s expertise and professionalism. He was graciously accommodating to our learning needs; ensuring that we totally grasp and satisfied the respective topics during the session. Indeed, my learning journey for the Lean- Six Sigma Green Belt with IMC has been fruitful and meaningful. Our IMC Counselor, Rose Ann de Luna has satisfactorily provided her awesome support in guiding and providing information necessary to continue the course. From the introduction of the program up to the assistance needed during the LSS program, her dedication was superb!

We only got the surface level training. It should have more lectures with in depth knowledge. Trainer was great. Who could give us the training in time and used very good examples. She was good. Was able to answer all the queries Team was great. Was able to answer all the queries.

Covers wide topics and explains each topic in details despite of the limited time. Provides prompt assistance and excellent service.

Abhishek Kumar was a great trainer, Friendly, resourceful and engaging. He mad the session very inviting and interactive. Kumar was very patient with me as a candidate with no statistical background . The session was customized to suit my field of work . Appreciate his effort and willing to take another session with him in the future. Zeba Fathima is such a dependable person . She is approachable and really professional; available with answers for all my calls, messages and emails at any time. She was so focused at her work and diligent; at the beginning she explained to me the best belt that matches my current career and she coordinated with the trainers so I got the most convenient timing for the sessions. She had explained the assessment method and provided me with all the necessary handouts. She was of great assistance and she has contributed a lot to make the entire experience fruitful.

The program was a Very Good one. I really enjoyed the knowledge I had. It's for sure an added value after my years of experience and qualifications. It makes a difference. Mr. Shahshi Prakash is the Best, A very committed trainer, We had all sessions always on time. The way Mr. Shashi explains the material is fantastic, he made it very easy with so many examples given to make things smooth and practical. Mr. Shashi is very flexible; he always makes sure that I understand each and every topic perfectly and practically, so with no doubt, I can utilize what I have learned immediately once back to work! Mr. Viplav is very helpful, very patient and always available to answer my questions. I had different offers from other centres but because of the way he handled it with me, I decided to go with IMC only. The service Team is very organized Team, with reminders before each session, I love the way they manage it Michelle has done a great job! Thanks to all.

Previously I was not in favour of online classes as I thought that in online sessions interaction between the trainer and class is much less. But after attending this session my thoughts changed about online classes. The Class sessions were very interactive and helpful. Training material with industrial practical problem examples helped me to understand. Trainer's presentation style with a lot of opportunities to ask questions made these sessions really attractive. My counsellor Miss. Zeba helped me a lot from starting my journey to Six sigma course through proper guidance. When it comes to coordination and motivation she is the best.
