The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!

Instructors shared significant experiences that would definitely be useful in actual practice: Rose was very helpful in my Lean Six Sigma journey with IMC. Right from the get-go, she provided timely and proper assistance. I would love to continue working on the Master Black Belt path with her as my counselor once more.

The training was interactive and very detailed. Everything that you need to learn about Six Sigma Green Belt is provided. The trainer makes sure that we understand each topic before moving on to the next part. I would very much recommend this institute to my colleagues. Mr. Sashi was a great teacher and lead the entire training program very well. He was prompt to solve all the queries without any hesitation or annoyance.
