Nice experience with and IMC. All instructors are very supportive. The way of teaching and clearing our doubts are appreciable. Very well planned and executed, trainer was very composed, patiently explained every concept Michelle is very good and timely response on all queries and clarifications asked, very supportive. Suryansh is very good in every supportive aspects, very prompt in every queries and clarifications asked.

Mr. Shashi Prakash has nice expertise in teaching and making them ease in our minds. He puts all his day to day experience and thoughts to explain the topics. Sessions were very energetic and informative. Ms. Surbhi Tiwari is a very kind and welcoming kind of person. She makes us feel conformable at every stage of the process. She explains the process very clearly for better understanding. IMC service team were very prompt and responsive. Quick service was the upper hand of the IMC service team.

Good program overall for learning about six sigma covering from basics to high level. Shashi Sir tried his best to teach the concepts and basics of six sigma and cleared doubts as and when required, we are still connected with him even after completion of the course. Only suggestion to Sir would be to try to introduce practice sessions as well to enhance to the learning experience for the candidates. Always got a prompt response and support from the service team. Keep up the good work.
