The program and trainer is good. And Michelle has been extremely helpful and prompt in assisting. From ensuring all participants get up to date information to acknowledging and accommodating any last minute issues. Overall IMC staff is helpful and professional.

I liked the system outlined and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques. Its a very good program and the way of teaching was excellent, communication with the counselor was very good and she answers all the queries in time.
