The trainer was great and knows what he is doing. His experience is very good. Would just be better if it's a face-to-face class. Arfa is really great and accommodating. While doing this course, I had lots of things happening both in my personal life and work, and the extensions and accommodations are top-notch! The Program nearly covered all areas as what came in the test, Id says nearly 98% of data was covered. The Trainer on the other hand was really amazing, he made the course easy to learn. The LSSGB Program is comprehensive whilst able to accommodate learners of various backgrounds. It is worthy to note that the IMC teaching model via online is easy and comprehensible.
