I can see real improvement of some factors attributed to my learning and additional professional skills acquired with IMC Learning program. The training was Excellent and very thorough with real life examples. I was able to learn the concept well. Ms. Archi is explaining and answering all my queries and is also able to explain the road map of the training well. The service team is very prompt and helpful in responding to and assisting with all sorts of queries.

The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!
