The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next. Kudos to IMC for making these classes available to everyone regardless where you are in the world. Farhan is very reliable and approachable. He is very hands on when he attends to my queries and is always available for discussion when necessary.

Ms. Michelle is undoubtedly a pillar and a campus in shaping and strengthening my determination to successfully achieve high class certifications. lt is her support and urgent feedback that kept me motivated as and when the need arise to seek help in my study towards LSSGB. Regarding, the trainer Dr. Debasish, he's a good instructor with deep information about the lean six sigma course, he has a good way of explaining the lectures, and I learned from him a lot. Mr. Vijil is a very professional counsellor and has great communication skills, problem solving, and management skills. I appreciated his support even on his vacation he was answering my inquiries and solving them, and the way dealing with the clients is great. Good team!
