The program was prepared well that made us to know about the basic essential course in the lean six sigma which will prepare us for its next levels. However, the trainer had an excellent method to explain and deliver the content of the course that made us to know much about the course.

He met our expectations and had given to us all requested information and knowledge which will be as our based for further belts. Zeba is good and cooperative.

Mr. Sashi is a very professional trainer. He has a lot of patience in explaining every detail of the answers to the questions of each student even if it will spend more time in one particular topic. I truly admire his knowledge and expertise in Lean Six Sigma. Ms. Michelle is very active, hardworking, and a 24/7 support. I wonder how she manages all students query. You are amazing. I am thankful for the entire IMC team. You're institution is highly commendable for LSS education and training. You got a lot of professional instructors and exceptional staffs who support students beyond their roles. I highly recommend IMC for excellent and quality education and training. More power to IMC!

I'm very much impressed with the overall experience I've had with IMC from the service to the course content. Kudos to you guys! Will have my certification with you guys again most likely for PMP or Agile Scrum in the future 🙂 I've seen amazing feedback about Mr. Shashi all over the IMC page. Now, I can attest to this myself. Everyone may be knowledgeable about a subject, but not everyone is capable of sharing this knowledge to other people. Mr. Shashi knows Six Sigma and the Lean principles from the heart and is able to explain every bit of detail there is to know - theoretically and practically. I can say he's a great mentor to have especially in the professional world based on my experience with him as the trainer for the self-paced LSSBB course. Miss Rose has provided me all-out counselor assistance from the time I was still inquiring pre-enrollment, during, and even post enrollment. I am sure she accommodates other students as well, but she didn't make me feel like I am on a queue as she is very responsive. She made sure that all my concerns were addressed. Kudos!

I have 2 trainers and both are really knowledgeable with Lean Six Sigma. I learned so many things from them that I can use in my profession. I am so grateful to them.
