The training is very well organized. The team is committed in providing quality training and guides us to have a deeper understanding on the concepts of Project Management. Ms. Rose Ann is very diligent as a training coordinator and she always provides assistance for my inquiries.

I believe that a wide range of subjects was well addressed during the training. The harmony of the theoretical and practical approaches was appealing. I had the impression that my counselor genuinely cared about how I was feeling. She never failed to provide me with fresh tools and workouts. She assisted me in changing the way I perceived what I was going through and in developing greater emotional and response control. The course was really informative and fascinating. It's a very useful program that explain very well the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and the application of in Workspace. The KFA is very useful and enrich the knowledge of the methodology very well in it's students. Dr. Mohamed Said is very talented, patient and simplify the information. He has the time to do that and love what he is doing, so i face no issue understanding the information while the course. Very flexible and fast. Once I paid for the course, I got the notification. Once i had questions, i got a call from the manager and from the trainer as well to explain all my questions.
