It is a good program and Mr. Shashi Prakash, lecture delivery style is so very nice and also he is very supporting Ms. Aylia is a very supportive person, she supports me at every step, very thanks to you IMC Service Team works very well, they upload lectures and videos on time, and if I any have queries they respond quickly.

The program is excellent with great customer support that is religiously giving her utmost assistance. The training is clearly communicated with regards to the set-up, schedule, outline, etc. The trainer as well as excellent knowledge on the subject and the teaching strategy is great as well as giving practical examples.

It was a great program. Mr. Shashi is a knowledgeable expert on LEAN SIX SIGMA and explains all concepts in a manner it becomes easy to understand. Mr. lislal trained us on all the concepts of PMP which were like an eye opener for me as to how we need to take a project and look into it... The training program was awesome. The e-learning mode of training is very convenient, and very cost effective. It is suitable for those who do not have a fixed schedule. IMC's program is the fastest and easiest way to be certified in Lean six Sigma. The Master Black Belt Program has helped me become more adept in the methodologies of and the tools for lean six sigma; and I am now more confident in doing projects that would surely help my clients in ensuring that they maximize resources; prevent and control losses and variations; and ensuring that wastes, resource leaks, and risks are managed. I am also now confident in teaching and mentoring people new to the art and science of Lean six Sigma. The trainer is obviously an expert in the field particularly in the tools needed for Lean Six Sigma. My counsellor, Kritika who has been my counsellor when I was taking my Black belt course, is a very accommodating and helpful counsellor. Her patience and assistance is praiseworthy.

Mr. Shashi Prakash is excellent at his craft. I have enrolled in a self paced program but i can say the way he explained every phase of Lean Six Sigma will make me understand easier. I have sent him a message once on Linkedin and he's very responsive. I would love to watch his videos in my black belt soonest. I really appreciate Ms. Zeba for answering my questions.
