The program was really good and I learned a lot. Although I am purely 100% online learning, the recording of lessons is really good and I really appreciate it.

The program was well-organized from start until the conclusion – the flow was clear, the instructor and the activities were engaging, the examples provided were relevant to the topics, and the pre-recorded materials and e-copies of the modules were also of great aid while taking the course. It’s nice to note that although the overall module was advanced in level, Ms. Jakther, our instructor, made it easy for us to process and digest with her clear discussions, and by providing real-life scenarios relevant to the discussion and related to our respective fields. With Ms. Jakther’s background, credentials, and dedication as a trainer, she is the perfect instructor for this course. I would like to recommend this to anyone who wishes to upskill and learn more about lean six sigma. Thank you very much, IMC and the rest of the team! Ms. Rose provides great learner/customer help from the start until I've completed the course. I can easily reach out to her if there are questions or clarifications regarding my account, the course or something about the process. She is just a click away! She is also professional in handling some of my concerns and at the same time very kind. I hope there's more Rose in IMC! Whenever I have concerns or issues raised through email, the Service Team made sure to resolve it BEFORE the expected delivery time. Something that should be appreciated. I was really fortunate to get trained by Mr Shashi Prakash, the Lean & Six Sigma concepts are very clearly understood with the real-time interface with Minitab application usage.
