Lean Six Sigma Certification was an excellent and beneficial program to understand the Lean Six Sigma principles in an effective manner, many thanks to Mr. Shashi Prakash for his dedication and for sharing his knowledge and expertise with such amazing methodology and informative course materials. Miss. Sampada Chauhan and Miss Zainab were professional and supportive throughout the program phases.

I think the IMC service team is doing a great job by providing such effective and much needed courses. During the twelve (12) days of thorough and well-organized training for PMP Certification preparation conducted by Mr. Prasad, the visual materials and discussion were very clear, interesting, and truly inspiring. I particularly enjoyed and learned the visual illustrations, which made the program, topic easily understandable. Mr. Prasad is very knowledgeable in Project Management, very clear when it comes to delivering the topics. He did everything to make the online class exciting.

The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!

The trainer was really good and the way he explained was very precise and minute things were taken up in the session. Vaibhav was very helpful and motivated me for taking up the Six Sigma Certification. Overall Very Good.
