Mr. Shashi was explained clearly and examples were provided to be understood easily. Ms. Zeba always acts promptly to provide needed assistance. Ms. Frixie always provide assistance for what I needed and promptly responded to queries.

Training program is well arranged and properly scheduled. All classes are being conducted as per schedule.Special thanks to Mr. Shashi Prakash sir who has given everything to us in class room training as well as in telephonic mode .He has cleared all my doubts and queries when I approached to him virtually. Miss. Soumya verma she has guided me each and everything about my course.She has assisted me every time even after office hours and helped me out whenever i faced some problem while attending the classes. I love Mr. Shashi Parkash. Ms. Zeba Fatima was my Counsellor during LSSGB Course. Although I had been bothering her persistently for seeking advice, yet she listened to me carefully and provided me the necessary guidance, which helped me in knowing the process of login to the system, accessing to the study material and examination guide.
