It was a great experience with Ms. Sampada she helped me in various stages of the programme in a short period of time, and reminded me about the ongoing classes as well as the exam dates properly. If there is any problem regarding with service section she is willing to help at any time and directly connected with the service team. I am happy with the way the service team provided the programme. I am satisfied with the service manager and counsellor especially, Shashi prakash class was excellent The way he presented the whole programme was fabulous.

It is a very detailed and intense program with educational video material and PDF documents. The video quality is great and the content depth is at a good level. It is more than my expectation. The LSSYB trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash gave clear explanations. Ms. Amina gave clear explanations, I am happy to be enrolled with IMC for LSS. The context of the program is well written and easy to understand and it was well articulated by Mr. Shashi Prakash. He covered all the aspect with examples which helped in understanding the subject in its entirety. Thank You IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash. Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.

It's a very useful program that explain very well the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and the application of in Workspace. The KFA is very useful and enrich the knowledge of the methodology very well in it's students. Dr. Mohamed Said is very talented, patient and simplify the information. He has the time to do that and love what he is doing, so i face no issue understanding the information while the course. Very flexible and fast. Once I paid for the course, I got the notification. Once i had questions, i got a call from the manager and from the trainer as well to explain all my questions.

The trainer (Mr. Shashi Prakash) is well versed in the art of Six Sigma and has extensive knowledge of what is the requirement of the current market. Kudos to the trainer, who is laying the foundation for the new ones and introducing the concepts of SIX SIGMA to its very core. A very well versed and informative session.
