The context of the program is well written and easy to understand and it was well articulated by Mr. Shashi Prakash. He covered all the aspect with examples which helped in understanding the subject in its entirety. Thank You IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash. Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.

Everything is up to mark. It was genuine, unexpected and unforgettable support from Ms. Nanka. Even in her hard times, she was replying and trying to resolve my issue related to exams which touched the most to me. I appreciate her support throughout this learning. She's the best and would request to the management to retain such a person in the organisation who made their brand name superior. Mr. Suryansh supported and resolved all the queries. His response is very prompt.

The program was very Good. The Counsellor had great expertise in Lean Six Sigma and carried a polite gesture through my journey in IMC. He had deep expertise in lean six sigma subjects. The service team provided great support!

I was always skeptical about opting for six sigma, but thanks to IMC and their professional trainers learning six sigma was like a walk in the park. I was able to clear the exams without any hassle. I mostly referred to the online material available for Blackbelt training which was conducted by Shashi Prakash. Mr. Prakash has did an outstanding job in explaining every minute details. Thanks. The counsellor Ranjeet has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset. I haven't been able to put things into practice.
