I struggled somehow due to the language barrier, as the Indian facilitator paid a little more attention to their local attendees. The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent.
