The course was very interesting and Mr. Shashi has been giving us lots of examples of the real world which helped me to extrapolate it to my industry, so big thanks to Mr. Shashi for his time and patience as lots of questions have been asked Thanks also to Surbhi training coordinator for being very helpful to land a hand when asked, so 5 starts to you Surbhi.

Ms. Michelle is undoubtedly a pillar and a campus in shaping and strengthening my determination to successfully achieve high class certifications. lt is her support and urgent feedback that kept me motivated as and when the need arise to seek help in my study towards LSSGB. Trainer is highly knowledgeable and the way of dissecting information through his experiences in the industry and the the way he conveyed these to us was excellent. All per-enrollment questions were answered properly and on time, which really helped in deciding to enroll.

The e-learning mode of training is very convenient, and very cost effective. It is suitable for those who do not have a fixed schedule. IMC's program is the fastest and easiest way to be certified in Lean six Sigma. The Master Black Belt Program has helped me become more adept in the methodologies of and the tools for lean six sigma; and I am now more confident in doing projects that would surely help my clients in ensuring that they maximize resources; prevent and control losses and variations; and ensuring that wastes, resource leaks, and risks are managed. I am also now confident in teaching and mentoring people new to the art and science of Lean six Sigma. The trainer is obviously an expert in the field particularly in the tools needed for Lean Six Sigma. My counsellor, Kritika who has been my counsellor when I was taking my Black belt course, is a very accommodating and helpful counsellor. Her patience and assistance is praiseworthy.
