The aspect that I liked the most are the examples and scenarios used to illustrate the tools and system (MiniTab)The trainer is really competent and manages to explain the concept quite easily. it is also good to know that the trainer is available for the students. Regarding, the trainer Dr. Debasish, he's a good instructor with deep information about the lean six sigma course, he has a good way of explaining the lectures, and I learned from him a lot.
