The program is very comprehensive and easy to understand. Trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash showed his expertise as he explained the technical terms in simple terms. It was a great experience of learning the Six Sigma program with IMC and the trainer Mr. Shahi was an excellent, very knowledgeable person and taught the Lean & Six sigma concepts very well in a simplified way. At a glance it was just simply amazing experience. My counsellor Mr. Vijil was very helpful and was always there to provide the support promptly. Service Team's (Frixie) engagement and communication was really appreciable. They were keen to address common queries and individual concerns in the WhatsApp group and made available the study documents on time after each sessions.

Program is concise and very clearly instructed. Good introduction, but there are topics that were not covered or discussed thoroughly. Rose, my Counsellor is very good, her lectures are clear and points are well-demonstrated with understandable examples.
