Mr. Shashi Prakash and i found him very qualified, experienced and he trained with real life examples with professional and conceptual methodology to explain all the applications and areas of learning. Ms Surbhi. is a very cooperative Counsellor and she always help and guide me on all steps from admission to enrolment issues and she is also a well educated and has a great knowledge and grip regarding the related courses. Service team always given a good and quick response and I am very thankful to all the IMC team, director, teachers and staff to care of the students in a pleasure environment.

The best trainer i got for the training special thanks goes to Surbhi for assisting me in completing my program. The trainer guides the best for the training and also helps in real time doubt's solving session. It has been nearly a year since I started conducting Lean Six Sigma training sessions for IMC. It has been a great experience interacting with the IMC team and I must place on record my appreciation for the professionalism displayed by them right from scheduling the sessions, checking on the trainer availability till the completion of the batch. During the course of the training sessions, the IMC team is available for any support that the trainer or the trainee may require. Since all other logistic arrangements relating to conduct of a training batch are completely taken care by the IMC team, the trainer can totally focus on performing the core part, ie. Training. It has been a fruitful and a rewarding experience with IMC and I sincerely hope that this would continue in the days to come as well. Best wishes.

The training program was scheduled and conducted seamlessly. The trainer was up to Mark and was able to answer all the queries that were raised. A good job is done and I am impressed with the way it was dealt with. The service team is very well organized. Amazing work done.

My overall feedback on the program is good, the customer support is always guiding you regarding the program, however, I hope they will make a sample test like a simulation test same with the actual PMP exam for us to master the question and be more prepared. The trainer is good he always answers and explained well whenever you had questions and I hope next time the class will be earlier. Thank you!
