Mr Shashi is very well versed in Six Sigma and was able to explain clearly the concepts. He is able to maximize technology to teach Black Belt even though the session is remore. Rose is very accommodating. She helped me through the process and answered my questions. Though there are times her replies are delayed, probably due to timezone differences and she is more active in wechat or whatsapp than in viber. Although the course was interesting and informative but believe you mean that the exam was not very easy to clear. But the teaching method of the trainer and the understanding method of the trainee can make the result successful.

It is an excellent program which teaches the day to day problem identifications in projects and shows ways to solve those problems. The Trainer is so good in giving out the information to the students, and methodology he makes you understand perfectly. Michelle is an excellent facilitator helping whenever needed.
