I appreciated how the instructor surveyed the class before to get a sense of what we all wanted to take away from the course. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for all of the hard work Rajeev does as a student counsellor and your guidance and support during my recent academic struggles were instrumental in helping me stay on track and achieve my goals. Program was very effective and it was always recorded and shared with me and trainer has been very effective and always willing to here and shared communication. Sofia has been very interactive and has been kind enough listen to me and support all the requests

Excellent program, and very informative. I have participated in other LSSGB training programs before but this is the first time it actually made sense to me. I have a better appreciation of Minitab for one. Ms. Rose was very helpful, and always available for questions. I would send a query through email, and the next thing I know she's already calling to check in. Thank you Service Team, keep up the good work!

The course was well designed and touched all aspects of the course. Mr. Debashish Mukherjee conducted the course with real life examples and that was necessary to connect the concepts with the problem. Mr. Gaurav helped me right from the start, from selecting the level of Six Sigma to choosing time slot. A thorough support from him! Have to thank Mr. Suryansh, for replying to me even in late evenings! His help was much required in getting the recordings and in sorting out the timelines in taking up the final assessment!!

My trainer Mr. Shashi is very good in teaching, he knows very well how the complex things can be easily teach, Ms. Surbhi describes the course and the facilities very well. She is very helpful and her response to any query is very prompt. The service Team was great. Overall it is a good learning place.
