The program really helps me in achieving my long time dream of becoming a certified lean six sigma black belt. I thought it was impossible for me to get certified but thanks to IMC the promise to my friend Brant Gerald Ramos was now full-field. Now it was a reality thanks to the trainers who really shares there knowledge and experience . I am very much happy for this learning experience I'm glad I invested this for my future.

The quality of the program is 5 over 5 for me. It met my training needs in the subject area. The information given by the trainer directly relates to my current work. The counsellor helps me to enhance my skill in the subject area by giving quality training. The assistance given by the Service Team is superb. They will constantly check your progress and will offer assistance if needed.

The program was great, and most important trainer Mr. Shashi did a fabulous job in explaining the content. Vanshika was very supportive throughout my journey; I had a lot of questions and queries, but she was very cooperative and assisted me very patiently. Dr. Mohamed said (Knowledge For All - KFA ) is the best trainer for lean six sigma belts due to his simple and accessible style and information delivery. The program introduced me to basic information about lean six sigma and the DMAIC methodology, finding the root cause of problems, and sustaining improvement gains.

Mr. Lislal is an amazing mentor. Every time he goes to the ground level of the topic for better understanding and comprehension. His way of mentoring is very advance yet effective. He tries to resolve almost all query of the candidates. I am more than thankful to Ms. Arfa Shaheen who introduced me to this course. She never hesitated to provide any information related to the course. You all will think that I might be exaggerating but believe me it is true that IMC team responds to every query of student within minutes. They don’t let any of the candidate’s problem unresolved.
