Excellent program, and very informative. I have participated in other LSSGB training programs before but this is the first time it actually made sense to me. I have a better appreciation of Minitab for one. Ms. Rose was very helpful, and always available for questions. Highly recommended the IMC program for related careers. The program is very effective and helpful. The trainer made the class comfortable and interactive. Pankaj Chauhan is very articulate and provides examples for better understanding. Zainab and Michelle are very approachable and accommodating. They are very responsive to all queries.

The program has been really helpful and very detailed to cover Lean Six Sigma concepts. I appreciate Shashi for detailing it so well with practical examples, that had not just helped in understanding complex concepts while training but also replicable in real business problems.
