The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Certification course were very helpful to the advancement of my skills and knowledge as I pursue my leadership role on various levels. It provided me with increased theoretical knowledge and understanding of the various tools and techniques in improving processes in a more data-driven and scientific manner. The training pushed me to become more critical of data and on the need to constantly work for improvements.

The Lean six sigma program was very interesting and Mr. Shashi played a very good role as a trainer. He explained each and every detailed information about Lean six sigma. Ms. Vanshika Bajaj explained the program very well and was very helpful throughout the journey. Ms. Frixie responded quickly and timely in every needy condition. Shashi Sir is an excellent trainer, the way he provide the training is absolutely commendable. He makes sure's ever point and every phase of the training is properly understood by everyone in the class. He is doing a great job, keep up the good work. Soumya is awesome and can go to any extant to provide the help and the support in any area. Everyone is very supportive.

I did not take Greenbelt Training though I have background in Statistical research but Mr. Shashi explained everything like I was taking a Masters Degree in Statistics. Got certified after 10 years in Process Excellence. Rose is very prompt and accommodating.

The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next. Kudos to IMC for making these classes available to everyone regardless where you are in the world. Farhan is very reliable and approachable. He is very hands on when he attends to my queries and is always available for discussion when necessary.

Very good content and understanding too. I will suggest some of my friends also Mr. Gaurav Bhardwaj is really good and I main thing is that I have very hectic office time but this guy makes regular follow up with me and enrolled me. I really thankful to him because just because of him now i have an international certificate. God bless your service is good.
