The CLSSBB course is an outstanding course for anyone who wishes to enhance their leadership skills and climb-up in their careers. This course is impressive and interesting that it would not divert your attention from its initiation till the last day of the course. Despite the vastness of the course content, IMC has made it specific for easy learning and enables you to grasp as much as you want, both theoretically and with exercises on software. IMC has prolific trainers and I was amazed by the training method of Mr. Debasish Banarjee. I have taken the recorded classes of his 8 Days sessions and trust me it was as good as live virtual class. The training videos were clear, structured, and very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step made it easy to understand. The counselors Shaza, and Vaibhav were always there when i need them. Answered all my questions, made themselves available even on their "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all their help. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified course was really interesting and insightful. The trainer's communication was excellent he has clarified all the doubts and explained the concepts well. The program was good. The trainer is a real experienced Master Black Belt, who have completed LSS projects in their career. Shares actual examples on how the SS phases were done with tips on what to look out for. Zeba is amazing. She will work out a plan on how to get you onboard, and makes sure you are taken cared. I appreciate her frequent calls to check up on me on how the previous sessions went. She made sure that the program is worth every cent you paid for. She made sure you set up for success.
