The training was detailed and direct to the point. Engagement with the student is very much felt. I love how they apply practical examples to the scenarios and explain the concepts in a way that everyone can understand. Rose is very professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable about all the programs. She is quick to respond to my questions and very approachable. It is a good experience for me learning Lean six Sigma and trainer was very good at explaining topics and clarifying doubts and really enjoyed a lot. Ruby Ma'am is very nice person and way of talking and responding is very good.
