Mr. Shashi Prakash is a great trainer for the LSSBB class organized by the IMC institute. He is absolutely knowledgeable and has great experience in the field. Always open to answer questions and clear everyone's doubts. The whole IMC team and my counsellor Ms. Archi Saini has been really helpful from the beginning of the course till the end. I recommend anyone who wishes to learn about Lean Six Sigma and PMP to get their their certification from the IMC institute. The program is very educational and informative specially for me as a Finance personnel who handles the planning and budgeting work of my company. The trainer, Miss Akther is very knowledgeable of Lean Six Sigma classes/topics. She give examples that were very easy to understand for someone like me who is first time learning the importance of Lean Six Sigma. The Counsellor is very knowledgeable and connects every topic to actual practice in the some businesses. The service team is very responsive they ensure to attend to my concerns.
