I can see real improvement of some factors attributed to my learning and additional professional skills acquired with IMC Learning program. Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

Trainer Mr. Shashi is very good at imparting requisite knowledge related to this course. He has profound knowledge and also makes things pretty simple. He has been very helpful and has always been there to support me whenever required even during odd hours and holidays. Fantastic support. Supported seamless execution.

The training was Excellent and very thorough with real life examples. I was able to learn the concept well. Ms. Archi is explaining and answering all my queries and is also able to explain the road map of the training well. The service team is very prompt and helpful in responding to and assisting with all sorts of queries.

It was a pleasure to be mentored by Mr. Shashi, as he provided me with a good rapport as well as his expertise about the LSS program, along with a set of training modules that were very easy to understand. A special thank you also goes out to my counsellor for their prompt and exemplary responses to all inquiries that clarified my doubts about the course and were so kind. I am thankful for the guidance I received from my counsellor, Ms. Surbhi.
