The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program was packed with knowledge and concepts that can definitely be useful for me in managing the continuous improvement program of my current organization. The post-training resources are also available for future reference. This will be favorable for everyone as we cannot just implement or use what we have learned from the program right away. The trainers executed the program well with their given intensive and extensive professional experience. Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise and for the support and guidance. Rose is very responsive to concerns and queries, and timely in providing assistance.

The program was great as it equip us with the necessary knowledge that we need to prepare us in PMP Exam from PMI.
